Draining and pressing will give extra firmness to the Tofu; To do this, remove packaging, drain the Tofu well and wrap in layers of kitchen roll. Press the Tofu block between two chopping boards and apply weight with a heavy pan or cookery book for at least for 10 minute; the longer you press, the firmer the texture. Simply, stir fry Cauldron Organic Tofu in a little oil for 6 mins, then add to cous cous, or pasta. Cauldron Tofu is also great straight from the pack sliced or cubed into salads.This product can be eaten straight from the pack.
