Rizopia's organic fusilli pasta is a great all rounder that works with pretty much everything. Corkscrew shaped, it works as perfectly with tomato and cremy sauces as it does with meat, fish or vegetables baked in the oven for a warming, wintery meal.

Fusilli works wonderfully in salads, picnics and lunches too so after you’ve boiled and rinsed the pasta, let it cool for a delicious snack.

      Cooking instructions

      Put pasta in boiling water (approx 3ltr for 250g of pasta). Add salt if required. Boil uncovered, stirring for 7 to 10 minutes or until tender but still firm. Drain pasta and rinse with warm water.
